These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the "Svicha Online" web application ("Service"), operated by [OPERATOR NAME] ("Operator", "we").

1. Definitions

2. Description of the Service

The Service offers spiritual guidance and pastoral comfort, the ability to order a candle lighting with a live stream, and to hold a conversation with a priest.

The Service is not the Sacrament of Confession and is not, and does not replace, medical, psychotherapeutic or legal assistance.

3. Eligibility

The Service may be used by persons aged 18 or older (or 16 with parental/guardian consent). Anonymous use is permitted.

4. The Service is not an emergency service

The Service is not intended for emergencies. If there is a threat to life or health, immediately call emergency services: 103 (ambulance), 102 (police) or 112. In a crisis you may also contact a psychological support line [NUMBER].

5. Donations and payment

Candle-lighting contributions are voluntary donations to support the parish and are handled by a payment provider. The Operator does not store payment details.

As the service is intangible and performed immediately, refunds are handled in accordance with Ukrainian consumer-protection and electronic-commerce law. For refund matters, contact [EMAIL].

Spiritual guidance is provided only by ordained priests verified by an Administrator. The priest is responsible for compliance with canonical norms and Ukrainian law.

10. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, its design, code and materials belong to the Operator or rights holders and are protected by law.

To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms. The current version is always available in the Service with its update date.
